Had an excellent experience with New River Crawlspace. The response time was fantastic. From the very first interaction the entire team was polite, kind, and very helpful. We were given complete and thorough explanations with considerations for our actual house. Jon was super helpful and efficient. The work was done with no issues and in a timely manner. Smooth and easy. My boyfriend and I are so glad to get this messy task done and over with! Due to location in Wilmington NC, water damage and crawlspace is a routine upkeep and Jon and his team made it super easy, affordable, and an overall delightful experience! Would give 10 stars if allowed! Highly recommend this company for any of your crawlspace needs!!
